Enlightenment Course Application Agreement

<Scope of Application of Provided Materials>
The ownership of the name of this course, program, as well as the techniques, ideas, know-how, information, text, or distributed documents included in the lectures belongs to Gary Bonnell.

 

<Prohibition of Use of This Work>
Participants in this course may not engage in lectures, speeches, workshops, or similar activities aimed at acquiring the content of this work without permission, nor may they exhibit this work or present, quote, transfer, lend, replicate, duplicate, or modify it in any form of media without permission.

 

<Progression of this Course>
If Knowing Partners LLC determines at any point during the course period that a participant's actions or physical or mental condition are impeding the progress of the lectures or making it difficult to continue the course, they may take measures such as expulsion. [Reasons for Expulsion] Disruption of lectures, engaging in business, solicitation, or advertising activities during the course period, engaging in acts of using this work for profit during the course period, or other situations where the instructor determines that the student's continuation of the course is impossible due to physical or psychological problems, etc.

 

<Confidentiality Obligation>
Participants in this course must not disclose personal information learned during the course to others without justifiable reasons.

 

<Self-Responsibility>
This course is not a place for medical treatment for individuals or groups. Participation in this course is voluntary and at one's own risk. Knowing Partners LLC, the instructor, and this work shall not be held responsible for any physical, mental, or emotional problems experienced during or after the course, for minors, or for any other conditions. This course is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any mental or emotional problems, or if you are receiving treatment or psychotherapy, or if you may experience seizures, or if you have any other neurological or neurorespiratory diseases, please consult a physician and follow their instructions. Knowing Partners LLC shall not be responsible for any problems arising from participation in this course.

 

<Cancellation Policy>
Based on the cancellation policy, a partial refund system is provided. If a cancellation request is made at least 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) before the lecture date, the amount paid will be refunded after deducting the settlement fee of 4.1% and the fees for the days attended.

 

<Cancellation After Enrollment>
Cancellations after the course start date will not be accepted.

 

Regarding the Basic Course, Japanese instructors may conduct lectures at the discretion of Gary Bonnell.

 

※ Application and Revision of this Agreement This agreement applies to courses organized by Knowing Partners LLC and applies to all participants in the course. Participants are required to comply with this agreement when attending the course. Knowing Partners LLC may revise all the terms of this agreement at any time without the consent of the participants. If this agreement is revised, Knowing Partners LLC will notify each participant of the revised agreement by posting it in a method, and the revision will take effect upon completion of the notification.
